1. Program Description

This messaging program is operated by My Pearland HVAC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to communicate with prospective and current clients who expressly opt in through the Contact Us form, Booking form or Chat Widget available on MyPearlandHVAC.com.

Depending on the specific consent provided, messages may include non-marketing content, such as responses to inquiries, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, account notifications and service-related communications, and/or marketing content, such as promotions, new service announcements and special offers.

2. How You Opt In

You may opt in to SMS messaging through the following methods:

• Contact Us Form: You may select a dedicated, optional and unchecked checkbox for non-marketing SMS messages and/or a separate optional and unchecked checkbox for marketing SMS messages. The form may be submitted without selecting either checkbox.
• Booking Form: You may select an optional and unchecked checkbox to receive non-marketing SMS messages relating to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information and related service updates. Furthermore, you can also choose to receive marketing SMS messages. You may complete your booking without consenting to either SMS messages.
• Chat Widget: You may enter your contact information, select the SMS consent checkbox and submit your information through the Chat Widget after being presented with its messaging disclosure. Consent provided through the Chat Widget applies only to the types of messages identified in that disclosure.

Marketing consent is collected separately from non-marketing consent where applicable. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing our Services.

3. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via a final SMS. After this confirmation, you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially.
